Working Modes Explained
Momentary: Hold the remote button → relay connects. Release the button → relay disconnects.
Toggle: Press once → relay connects. Press again → relay disconnects.
Latching: Press Button A → relay connects. Press Button B → relay disconnects.
Time Delay: Press the remote → relay connects. After releasing, the relay automatically disconnects after 5s, 10s, or 15s (selectable).
How to Learn / Pair a Remote
- Momentary Mode: Press the learning button once → LED off (learning state) → press remote button → LED flashes then goes off → LED on after 3s = success.
- Toggle Mode: Press the learning button twice → follow the same LED sequence as above.
- Latching Mode: Press the learning button three times → press Button A (LED flashes 5×) → press Button B (LED flashes 5×) → LED on after 3s = success.
- Time Delay — 5s: Press learning button 4 times. 10s: Press 5 times. 15s: Press 6 times → press remote → LED flashes off → LED on after 3s = success.
- Clear All Codes: Press the learning button 8 times to erase all stored remotes.
Note: The receiver can store up to 25 remote controls. Adding more than 25 will overwrite the earliest stored remote.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What devices can this 433MHz relay receiver module control?
A: This universal RF 433MHz relay receiver module can control garage doors, electric gates, LED lighting strips, motors, and other DC 12V-powered devices with a maximum load of 10A / 110W. It's ideal for DIY home automation and smart switching projects.
Q: How many remote controls can be paired with the receiver?
A: The receiver can store up to 25 remote controls simultaneously. If you pair a 26th remote, the oldest stored remote code will be overwritten automatically. To remove all paired remotes, press the learning button 8 times to clear all stored codes.
Q: What is the difference between Momentary, Toggle, and Latching modes?
A: In Momentary mode, the relay is active only while you hold the remote button. In Toggle mode, one press turns the relay on and a second press turns it off. In Latching mode, you designate one button (A) to turn the relay on and another (B) to turn it off — useful for two-button remotes controlling separate circuits.
Q: What encoding format does this RF receiver support?
A: This module supports the EV1527 / 1527 Learning Code format, which is one of the most widely used RF encoding standards. It is compatible with most standard 433MHz transmitters and remote controls that use this coding system.
