Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why are there water stains on the faucet when I receive it?
A: Every Ellen Homedecor kitchen faucet is 100% water-tested before it is packaged to verify there are no leaks. Any water residue or staining you see upon unboxing is a result of this quality-control process and is completely normal. Simply wipe the faucet down with a soft cloth before installation.
Q: Why won't the pull-out spray nozzle lock back in place?
A: The nozzle locks by using the included weight ball, which must be installed on the pull-out hose beneath the sink. When correctly installed, the weight ball creates the tension needed to retract and secure the spray head. Please refer to the installation guide included with your faucet.
Q: Is this pull-out kitchen faucet easy to install?
A: Yes! This faucet is designed for standard single-hole, deck-mounted vertical installation and comes as a complete set. Most homeowners with basic plumbing knowledge can install it without professional help. Ensure your sink has a single pre-drilled hole before purchasing.
Q: What finish options are available for this kitchen mixer tap?
A: This faucet is available in four stylish finishes: Polished Chrome, Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, and Gold. Please select your preferred finish at the time of purchase to complement your kitchen's design aesthetic.
